Jeff Pevar, a “hometown boy done good”, taught himself to play guitar after being inspired by watching The Beatles performances on the Ed Sullivan show in the 60’s. Jeff began his career playing clubs in the Hartford area, starting at the age of 15 and after woodshedding the clubs of Connecticut, Jeff took his hometown roots to stages across the globe with dozens of music’s finest including Ray Charles, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Joe Cocker, Bette Midler, Marc Cohn, Rickie Lee Jones, Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh & Friends and dozens of others.

Jeff was partners with his long time friend, David Crosby in their band CPR, which performed in the US & Europe and recorded 4 celebrated albums. Notable performances include playing The Tonight Show numerous times with various artists, the Montreux Jazz Festival, Newport Jazz Festival, Carnegie Hall w/ David Crosby & Graham Nash in 1993 and at the 30th anniversary of Woodstock with Crosby/CPR, and at the 40th anniversary of Woodstock with Jefferson Starship.

Because of Jeff’s prowess in the Blues, Jeff was inducted into the NY Blues Hall Of Fame in 2016 and continues to tour in the US and Europe with various ensembles of his own often including his musical partnership with his wife Inger Nova, performing original material they have released on their own record label. Jeff is constantly invited into various creative ensembles, and is currently enjoying touring with a side project called The Gilmour Project, playing the music of Pink Floyd. Jeff stays very busy in his recording studio, working on his own music and recording and producing projects for other artists. More info is at

Jeff Summa and the Roasters are a psychedelic rock band from the rolling hills of historic Litchfield, Connecticut. The Roasters are a six-piece ensemble with a deep, diverse sound fueled by dueling guitars that work together to bridge a fat, cohesive jam vibe. Pumped-up keys, melodic sax round out the sound and a hard-driving, thunderous rhythmic section of bass and drums hold it all together. The combination delivers a unique fusion of sound that magically swirls cosmic, dynamic patterns of rock, blues, jazz and funk into dance friendly grooves and positive energy vibes. The Roasters dive deep into the psychedelic abyss in their extensive and riveting live performances. The Roasters’ live shows consist of their original songs from their critically acclaimed debut lp “Open Road Ahead” filled with fan favorites Long Slow Roast, High Now, Let It Flow and Frank Shmank. The Roasters also breathe new life into covers from their influential bands Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, The Band, Traffic, Blind Faith, Derek and the Dominoes and so much more!
